HDB market CDC vouchers refer to the digital Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers provided by the Singapore government that you can use to buy food and daily goods at local heartland shops, hawker centres, and participating HDB wet market stalls.
How They Work at HDB Markets
- Where to spend: Use them at participating hawkers, coffee shops, and provision or vegetable stalls inside HDB heartland areas displaying the CDC voucher decal.
- Denominations: Split digitally into smaller amounts (like $2, $5, or $10) via your mobile phone.
- No change given: Vendors cannot give cash change if your purchase costs less than the voucher value, so you can top up the small difference using cash.
Claiming and Validity
- Total value: Households receive support packages yearly, such as the total S$800 allocation for the 2026 financial year ($500 disbursed in June 2026 and an extra $300 coming in January 2027)
- How to claim: One member of the household can log in digitally using Singpass at the official CDC Vouchers Scheme Website or via GoGovSG CDC Vouchers Portal (refer to CDC Vouchers Scheme).
