We buy your new devices, e.g. recontracted from a telco, or a gift from a lucky draw.

We may accept activated or unsealed devices. However, it must be 100% unused - any signs of usage or unboxing (e.g. stickers peeled and re-applied) will be considered used. Activated devices must be less than 3 calendar days from date of activation.

Refurbished or replacement sets are considered used.

Prices are approximate valuations only. Actual prices may vary depending on physical condition, working condition, accessories (including memory cards), remaining warranty (if any), packaging and other factors. Prices are subject to change at any time, even within the same day. We reserve the right to refuse any offers at our sole discretion.

We do not accept phones that are rented/leased (telco or third-party), on unpaid installments, corporate/enterprise issued.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Quotation and Device Condition: All price quotations are provisional and contingent upon the device meeting the specified condition criteria. We reserve the right to adjust the offered price or decline the transaction if the device's condition does not match the initial description.
Regulatory Compliance: In accordance with the Secondhand Dealers Act regulated by the Singapore Police Force, we are obligated to verify the seller's identity. This requires a valid NRIC or Singpass for record-keeping purposes and a mandatory IMEI screening conducted through the authorized system.
Pricing for Multiple Units: The advertised price applies to a single unit. Pricing for subsequent devices may vary. For trade-ins involving multiple items, please contact our team via WhatsApp to obtain an accurate quotation.
Device Eligibility and Ownership: We strictly do not accept devices that are network or SIM-locked. Furthermore, we only process trade-ins for devices that are the legal property of the seller. Any attempt to trade in an ineligible or non-owned device may lead to legal proceedings.
Data Responsibility: The seller is responsible for fully removing all personal data, Apple ID, Google accounts, iCloud locks, and any other security features before handing over the device. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from data that has not been properly erased.
Price Adjustment: In the event of significant market fluctuations or changes in official buy-back values, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted price prior to the completion of the transaction.
Physical Condition and Deductions: If the screen is heavily scratched or the housing is badly dented, we will deduct the amount based on the current market trade-in value.
